The Missing Piece

The Missing Piece was direct mail piece that was intended to be too interesting, too good looking, and too large to be easily tossed into a trash can. A jigsaw themed with faux pulp novel covers (created using Veer images and fonts) revealed a secret discount code when the puzzle was assembled.

From the number of emails and blog posts that followed, it's safe to say we were successful in stopping work at many agencies and offices for entire afternoons. Reports also kept coming in of the box being spotted sitting on shelves and desks like small billboards for Veer – just as we intended.
